1)Languages: In the phone language settings, maybe there only shows English and Chinese languages and some other langauges, but you can add other languages by yourself.

(1)About Update: about samsung mobile phone, "U" version CAN NOTE support OTA update, but you can update it from samsung officila website. and we often send "U1" version to customers, because it is support update. if you have any special request, pls remake when you place order; (2)About Language:"U" and "U1" and "N"version maybe just only have Deutsch, English, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Chinese,Japanese, Korean options, but you can add your languages by yourself. if you do not know how to do it, pls contact us to get vedio for adding languages; (3)About Language:"U" and "U1" and "N"version just only support these langauges completely: Deutsch, English, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Chinese, Korean.Vietnamese. some other languages such as Russian, Polish, Hebrew, Arabic,etc. just support partial in this phone, even you set your lanaguages correctly. it will show you about 50% English Menus (maybe more than 50%, it is depend on different langauges); (4)About Waterproof: our product is high quality used/refurbishedmobile phone, the phone DOES NOT support waterproof function, any waterproof test will be considered as man-made, we DO NOT accept dispute or refund & return about waterproof test (include return break phone for buyer's test reason); (5)About Internal Storage: the internal storage maybe less than Specification, for example, if your phone support 32GB ROM, but only 25GB-28GB can be used, it is normal because this phone installed many APPs and built-in systems; (6)About Battery: Battery capacity of the phone maybe less than standard, normally it would be around 90% more or less. we DO NOT accept any test result from third party APPlication; (7)About Test: about phone function, we do not accept any dispute for test result from third partly APPlication, for example: phone info, IMEI info, Hardware test, and so on. (8)About Repair: During you use this phone, if you met any problem, pls contact us in time,make vedio and photo and show us problem. we will try our best to help you. pls DO NOT open this phone by yourself or any repair store. any unauthorized disassembly or reparir without our permission will be considered as man-made problem. we will not afford any cost; (9)About warranty lable: we stick warranty lable for every phone pls do not remove it off. or may you will lose our warranty service. the "QR" code contains our store logo "Bingo", scan it and you can check warranty terms .

1.About Version:U/U1 is US version, NOT support OTA update, but U1 supports OTA update, usually we send U1 version to customers. About Global version with full languages and supports OTA update.

3.About Memory:The internal storage will be less than specification, since part of it will be occupied by built-in system and apps. For example, ROM is 128GB, but only 110-123GB can be used, it is normal.

4.About Battery:The battery efficiency of phone will be less than standard. Normally Battery capacity is about 80%-90%. We do not accept any test from the third-party application.

5.About Phone:TestThis is used phone, not brand new, we will test the phone make sure it’s working fine with good condition too.

6.About Waterproof:The phones NOT support waterproof anymore, as the phone is exchanging the new housing from the USED phone.

7.About accessories:All accessories not original, but with good quality, any dispute for "Fake accessories" will not be accepted, we don't offer warranty for the accessories.
